Amor Healing Kitchen
AMOR Healing Kitchen delivers healthy, plant-based meals each week to people facing serious health challenges across the Sea Islands and greater Charleston — free or reduced-cost for those in need — while bringing local teens into the kitchen to learn culinary skills and service. Backpack Buddies of Seabrook Island
Backpack Buddies of Seabrook Island feeds children living below the poverty level who attend Charleston County public schools, sending nutritious food home each weekend so students return Monday ready to learn. Fields to Families
Fields to Families links local farms with the organizations that feed our neighbors — gleaning surplus vegetables, fruit, and eggs and delivering fresh produce to SIHAF programs and partners across the Lowcountry. Hebron Zion Emergency Food Pantry

Hebron Zion Senior Citizens Ministry

Meals on Mondays (MOMs)

Meals on Wheels of Charleston
Run by the Charleston Area Senior Center (CASC), Meals on Wheels of Charleston delivers a hot, nutritious weekday meal, a friendly visit, and a wellness check to homebound seniors across Charleston County, including Johns and Wadmalaw Islands. New Webster Johns Island Parish (JIP) Food Pantry
A Hand Up, Not a Hand-Out
At the New Webster JIP Food Pantry, our mission is simple: no one should have to worry about feeding their family. We provide nutritious food, practical resources, and encouragement to help individuals and families move toward self-sufficiency. St. James Bethel Food Pantry
New St. James Bethel A.M.E. Church offers a community food pantry for residents of Johns and Wadmalaw Islands facing food insecurity, distributing items from all major food groups. Sweetgrass Garden Co-op
Sweetgrass Garden Co-op grows free, fresh, naturally grown produce for charitable food agencies on Johns and Wadmalaw Islands, and educates the community about sustainable farming, composting, and beekeeping. You can reach the co-op through their website.
